1、 Overview of the Plan

Jingwan Technology's 3D vision solution for white goods, with MV-DLS1400M/GSS series 3D laser galvanometer camera as the core hardware and RobotPilot no code visual guidance platform, provides integrated automation solutions for refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen appliances, and small home appliance manufacturing enterprises, including 3D visual positioning and grasping, loading and unloading, unpacking and palletizing, assembly guidance, and error prevention detection. The application scenarios cover compressor/motor loading, shell/panel/backplane handling, liner/door assembly, foam/carton destacking, finished product stacking, and disordered parts grabbing, which can stably cope with typical working conditions of the household appliance industry, such as black reflectors, large size sheets, deep cavity shells, multi model mixed lines, position deviation, and compact space, to achieve high-precision, flexible, efficient, and zero damage automated operations, comprehensively replace labor, and improve the stability and delivery efficiency of the production line.

2、 3 core advantages

1. Anti reflective high-precision, stable grip and placement of household appliances, sub millimeter level positioning, Z-axis repeatability accuracy 0.2mm@2.5m , perfectly fit the compressor, metal panel, black shell, foam parts, complete point cloud, no deviation, no scratch, no collision.

2. Strong flexibility in large field of view, one click switching between multiple models, covering large-sized workpieces with a large field of view, supporting Eye to hand fixation, Eye in hand arm loading, and inclined installation, quickly compatible with multi SKU mixed line production, and no need for extensive teaching when changing models.

3. No code and easy deployment, offline simulation fast landing RobotPilot visual drag and drop construction, one click hand eye calibration, offline simulation verification, compatible with mainstream brand robots and PLCs, shortening debugging cycles and reducing operation and maintenance costs.

1. Precise positioning and grasping of components, 3D point cloud modeling of compressors, motors, valves, and sheet metal parts, outputting the optimal grasping pose without fear of placement deviation.

2. High precision positioning and assembly guidance for large-sized components such as refrigerator backboards/panels/inner liners, washing machine casings, and air conditioning enclosures, suitable for thin plates and deep cavity components.

3. Unpacking and material flow Automatic destacking/stacking of foam, cartons and baskets, empty tray detection, stack shape correction, one driven two efficient operations.

4. Disorderly feeding and mixing compatible with automatic segmentation and recognition of messy workpieces in the material box, supporting multiple models on the same line and one click switching of product models.

5. Intelligent obstacle avoidance and path planning with built-in collision detection algorithms to prevent collisions throughout the entire process of grabbing, moving, and placing, protecting the safety of workpieces and equipment.
